Customer Services AdministratorRedditch – office based no hybrid£26,000 per annum We are looking for an organised and proactive Customer Services Administrator to join our busy factory/manufacturing environment, supporting the mobile engineers team. This is a key administrative role responsible for coordinating commissioning and rectification activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent communication between engineers, customers, and internal teams.The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and that customer issues are handled efficiently and professionally. Customer Services Administrator key responsibilitiesBook commissioning and rectification visits, liaising directly with customers to agree suitable datesManage and maintain engineers’ diaries, including rescheduling for cancellations or short-notice changesInput commissioning orders accurately onto the company computer systemIssue commissioning certificates following successful completion of worksMonitor system faults, arrange rectification visits, and allocate work to relevant engineersMaintain accurate records of all projects, including outstanding and completed worksHandle customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely mannerLiaise closely with engineers to ensure all technical, site, and customer information is correctWork with engineers to determine return visit requirements and associated worksSupport sales engineers by coordinating user details, drawings, and site access information within required timeframesThe successful Customer Services Administrator will have the following skills and experience:- Previous sales administration/ order processing/ coordinating or scheduling.
