Benefit is Glowing We Mean Growing and we are currently searching for a Full-time Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Sephora Trafford Centre! As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your missions, will be as follows: Sales Goals – Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products. Brow services – Waxing, Tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments. Teamwork- Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met. Promotions and Special Events- Supporting both in store or external events and charity events. Administration- An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.
