- Academic Quality Officer
Responsibilities
- Support the assurance of academic standards across programmes, working closely with academic staff, senior leaders, external examiners, and collaborative partners in the UK and internationally.
- Coordinate key quality assurance processes—including programme validation and review, committee servicing, managing external examiners, supporting student feedback mechanisms, and maintaining accurate programme documentation.
- Provide clear, definitive advice on academic regulations and codes of practice.
Qualifications and attributes
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Experience in higher education administration
- Highly organised, comfortable managing a busy workload, and able to work independently and as part of a supportive team

- Grade 6: £30,378 – £35,608
- Permanent, full-time
