Hundreds of fintechs, banks and insurers use the platform every day. They're targeting IPO in the coming years – and joining now as a Senior Product Engineer, you're early enough for the equity to still matter.
You'll be reporting into a Head of Engineering who was engineer #4 at one of London's best-known fintechs – he helped take it from 0 to $50M ARR, 4M+ users, a $500M Series C valuation, and 160+ employees globally.
Most of the engineers are either ex-founders or were early senior engineers at high-growth startups. They're not easy to get an offer from – and that's exactly the point.
This is a hands-on IC role building product that solves real customer problems – backend services and APIs, UI components, third-party and AI model integrations. You own what you build end to end.

Compensation & Benefits
£100,000–£170,000 depending on level, plus equity. Quarterly salary reviews, visa sponsorship, health insurance, pension, uncapped leave, mental health support via Spill, weekly team lunches.
Location & Schedule
Two days a week in Farringdon – others come in more, but it's not mandated.
