About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Building Manager. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines lettings, property management, customer service, health & safety, and on-site staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure void properties are let quickly and in good condition, coordinating inspections, repairs, and void works
- Oversee mid‑tenancy repairs and defects, managing contractors and ensuring works are completed within agreed SLAs
- Manage on‑site staff such as concierge or admin teams, including rotas, training, performance reviews, and payroll inputs
- Maintain full compliance with health & safety requirements including gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, and legionella regulations
- Manage day‑to‑day expenditure, approve invoices, and support budget planning and cost control
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer‑focused environment such as PRS, property management, hospitality, or a similar service‑led sector
- Excellent IT skills and confidence using multiple systems and digital platforms simultaneously

- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast‑paced and varied role
