Overview

We’re looking for a talented individual to join our Marketing Team as the Digital Project Manager, to work across our Northern Europe Region on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You’ll lead the digital agenda for your market – shaping the roadmap, driving performance, and ensuring every digital touchpoint delivers real impact. Your work will blend strategy, execution, and cross‑functional collaboration to elevate the customer experience and strengthen our digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the local digital roadmap aligned with commercial and marketing goals
  • Own KPIs, performance reviews, and turn insights into clear, measurable actions
  • Translate local business needs into product requirements and manage the local backlog
  • Partner with global digital teams to co‑design solutions and ensure alignment with UX, analytics, privacy and technical standards
  • Build playbooks, run training, and support teams in adopting digital processes
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure high‑quality execution
  • Gather customer insights, share learnings across markets, and contribute to global best practices
  • Identify new opportunities, test ideas, and feed into future digital roadmap planning

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, KPIs, Google Analytics and optimisation.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
  • A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset.
