You will bring:

  • Strong experience in lettings (essential) with a solid understanding of the full tenancy lifecycle

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements including AML

  • A proactive, self‑starting attitude

  • Strong organisational and document management skills

  • A commercial, pragmatic approach to compliance

  • Assertiveness balanced with diplomacy and strong relationship‑building skills

  • Ideally experience with property systems such as Reapit (not essential)

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a growing, forward‑thinking business where compliance and training are central to success

  • Opportunity to shape and deliver training across all offices

  • Varied role with exposure to multiple areas of the business

  • Clear opportunities for progression and development

  • A collaborative culture with a diverse mix of experience and backgrounds

  • Flexibility and autonomy – you’ll get out what you put in
