Role description

The Labour Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the organisation fully complies with employment legislation, labour standards, workforce regulations, and internal policies. This role oversees compliance across the supply chain and workforce operations, manages audits, and supports senior leadership in maintaining high ethical and legal standards relating to labour practices. You’ll play a key role delivering some of our biggest data centre construction projects throughout the UK and Europe.

There will be travel to project locations required. (11/3 day rotation or Relocation)
