The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer interactions and maintaining customer satisfaction.Responsibilities* Supervise and guide a team of customer service representatives* Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints* Monitor team performance and provide feedback* Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures* Maintain customer service records and prepare reports* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues* Assist in training new customer service staffQualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field* Additional customer service certifications are beneficialExperience* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a supervisory role* Experience in the energy sector is a plus, but not requiredSkills* Strong leadership and team management abilities* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities* Proficiency in customer service software and MS Office suite* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks* Strong interpersonal skills and empathy* Basic understanding of the energy industry (preferred)Job Benefits28 days paid holidays#J-18808-Ljbffr…
