Job Description:

Do you want to champion change that delivers better homes, better services and better communities?

Are you looking to join a company that’s genuinely committed to innovation, best practice, and giving you the space to shape how they deliver change now and into the future.

I am working with a Housing Association based in Surrey to recruit for a Business Change Manager to help drive and shape change management across the organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape how teams move from old processes to new ways of working, supporting them through uncertainty, building confidence, and making sure the change is both understood and embraced.

You’ll be the person who brings structure, empathy and momentum to a complex programme of work. Someone who can turn confusion into clarity, resistance into engagement, and new systems into everyday practice.

This integration is a big shift for colleagues as systems are changing, processes are evolving, and SMEs are already stretched. Your role will be critical in supporting them, filling gaps where capacity is tight, and ensuring people feel supported rather than overwhelmed.

You’ll create compelling narratives to build confidence in what’s coming, and help colleagues understand the benefits.

This role is all about shaping positive outcomes, reducing concerns, and guiding people through change in a way that feels meaningful and human.

You’ll lead change planning, communication, readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement and the delivery of training and adoption plans, making sure the organisation transitions smoothly and confidently.

The Required Skills and Experiences are:

  • Delivering change management across large or multi‑workstream programmes
  • Supporting teams through uncertainty and helping them build confidence
  • Designing and delivering effective communication and engagement strategies
  • Mapping change impacts and planning people‑focused readiness activities
  • Facilitating workshops, training, learning sessions and adoption events
  • Working with SMEs, especially where capacity is limited or stretched

If you’re someone who can make complex change feel simple and meaningful, bringing clarity and reassurance to colleagues who may be uncertain about what lies ahead, id love to hear from you.

You’ll naturally listen, understand and empathise with the impact change can have on people, while confidently addressing resistance through clear, compelling storytelling that connects the dots between what’s happening and why it matters.

The salary on offer is between £60,000 and £70,000 with a great benefits package

This is a hybrid role, with 2/3 days per week onsite in Surrey.

If you don’t have an up to date cv, it doesn’t matter, send across what you have, and we can take it from there.
