Senior Building Services Manager

Overview

We are currently working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to support the delivery of two major Healthcare schemes in East Kent.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of large MEP design and build packages through the construction phase.
• Work closely with the client, consultants, and specialist subcontractors to ensure services are delivered to programme, within budget, and to high standards.
• Coordinate, install, test, and commission mechanical, electrical and public health systems.
• Support the design process across RIBA stages and help manage the preconstruction and delivery of high-value packages.

Experience & Qualifications

• Strong Healthcare project experience, particularly where MEP package values exceed £10m.
• Understanding of how to manage complex services packages on large construction schemes.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Previous experience working for a main contractor or MEP subcontractor in the UK.
