Responsible for handling online reservations, customer inquiries, and managing e-commerce platforms. Ensure a smooth booking process and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online reservations and booking systems
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
- Process bookings, payments, and confirmations
- Update product/service listings on e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate with operations team for reservation arrangements
- Handle cancellations, reissuance, changes, and refunds when required
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
Prior GDS Knowledge (Travelport / Amadeus / Sabre) is a bonus.
