Overview
We’re looking for an experienced HR Programme & Process Lead to drive the delivery of a major people strategy and lead the continuous improvement of core HR processes. This is a key role where you’ll work closely with senior HR leaders and stakeholders across the business to turn strategic priorities into well-run programmes that deliver real impact. You’ll oversee the delivery of people initiatives, track progress and outcomes, and ensure projects improve engagement, capability and the overall employee experience. At the same time, you’ll review and redesign HR processes to make them simpler, more efficient and easier for managers and employees to use.
Key experience
- Leading HR or organisational change programmes
- Improving HR processes and service delivery
- Influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Using data to identify improvement opportunities
- Experience with Agile, PRINCE2, Lean or similar methodologies is beneficial
