Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert new customers through outbound prospecting, networking, and digital sales tools.
- Own the full sales cycle-from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Apply a structured, strategic sales approach to drive high‑quality customer engagements.
- Conduct in‑depth research on target industries and decision‑makers to tailor outreach and maximise conversion.
- Clearly articulate our value proposition, addressing customer pain points and demonstrating ROI.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics) to manage pipeline, track interactions, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Develop and execute multi‑touch outreach strategies using calls, emails, social selling, and industry events.
- Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring engagement and trust.
- Conduct high‑impact discovery calls, demos, and meetings to advance opportunities.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up with engaged prospects to drive progression through the pipeline.
- Contribute to continuous sales process improvement and share best practices.
- Support marketing initiatives such as webinars and industry events by driving attendance and follow‑up engagement.
- Track outreach activities, prospect interactions, and opportunity progression in CRM.
