Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service centre in Liverpool. This on-site role involves managing service department staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring financial performance, and overseeing repair and maintenance work. The Service Manager will work to optimize service efficiency, build strong customer relationships, and drive team performance to meet organizational goals. Effective team leadership and the ability to ensure alignment with company standards and customer satisfaction are essential.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in service management, scheduling, and automotive operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on training and performance improvement.
- Customer service expertise with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems and processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in financial management, including meeting targets and managing budgets.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and align department performance with company goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field is beneficial but not required.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and tools in the automotive service industry is a plus.
