Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in requirement discovery, agile delivery, and Salesforce capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and testing teams to translate business needs into well-defined requirements and user stories, ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead discovery workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Perform requirement analysis and translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
• Create, maintain, and manage user stories and acceptance criteria in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Define and document business process flows using tools like Microsoft Visio or equivalent.
• Design and produce UI mockups and wireframes using tools such as Figma to support solution clarity.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Technical Leads, and Test Leads to ensure seamless requirement and story handover.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of Salesforce technology, including Salesforce configurations and platform capabilities.
• Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by working closely with business users and resolving queries.
• Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, and the 3 Amigos process.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered Salesforce solutions.

Your Profile

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Ability to create process flow diagrams using Visio or similar tools
• Experience creating UI mockups/wireframes using Figma or equivalent tools
• Working knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, configurations, and capabilities
• Experience supporting UAT activities
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail with a structured approach to documentation
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
