We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in requirement discovery, agile delivery, and Salesforce capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and testing teams to translate business needs into well-defined requirements and user stories, ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Perform requirement analysis and translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
- Create, maintain, and manage user stories and acceptance criteria in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Define and document business process flows using tools like Microsoft Visio or equivalent.
- Design and produce UI mockups and wireframes using tools such as Figma to support solution clarity.
- Collaborate closely with Architects, Technical Leads, and Test Leads to ensure seamless requirement and story handover.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of Salesforce technology, including Salesforce configurations and platform capabilities.
- Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by working closely with business users and resolving queries.
- Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, and the 3 Amigos process.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered Salesforce solutions.
Your Profile
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Ability to create process flow diagrams using Visio or similar tools
- Experience creating UI mockups/wireframes using Figma or equivalent tools
- Working knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, configurations, and capabilities
- Experience supporting UAT activities
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with a structured approach to documentation
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
