What You’ll Be DoingLeading end-to-end sourcing projects within a regulated environment (PCR 2015)Developing and delivering sourcing strategies and tender documentationRunning competitive tenders outside of a framework – full ownership from start to finishLeading complex commercial evaluations and supplier negotiationsPartnering with and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functionsDriving innovation, sustainability, and value through creative contracting strategiesManaging multi-million-pound programmes and complex supplier relationships
What We’re Looking ForPublic xwzovoh sector procurement experience – this is essentialProven end-to-end tendering experience outside of a frameworkSolid understanding of PCR 2015 / regulated procurement environmentsStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skills at executive levelDemonstrable track record of commercial savings deliveryExperience in contract law and financial managementKnowledge of reclassified or regulated procurement environments (desirable)
