Sales Manager (Formwork / Scaffold solutions) – London
Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Commission + Car or Car Allowance + Fuel card
Our global client is a leading provider of Formwork/Falsework solutions, providing product technology expertise for civil infrastructure, building, rail, power and utility construction projects across the UK and Europe.
Based in London, we are seeking talented Sales Managers with knowledge of the Construction Temporary Works industry, which must include experience selling Formwork, Falsework or Scaffold solutions.
Our client fully utilises innovative products and technologies to deliver complex projects.
Taking on a lead role within the team, you will be integral to developing the sales strategy to generate new business and expand existing client relationships.
Very well known and respected throughout the industry, our client will offer you extensive support, training and access to a great range of clients.
In this position, you will:
- Work across new business and existing client opportunities
- Lead the existing Formwork sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Identify target projects in their early stages in order to develop potential business
- Develop a project pipeline to grow market share
- Grow revenues from existing clients
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients
To be considered, you will offer:
- A successful track record in generating sales
- Experience of working in the Formwork / Scaffold industry (minimum 3 years)
- Experience of selling Formwork and/or Scaffold solutions
- Experience of growing key client relationships
- Good networking skills
- Good commercial acumen
- Good communication and relationship building skills
