Supply Chain Manager | London | Hybrid

We’re working with a fast-growing consumer business that’s investing heavily in its supply chain as it continues to scale across multiple sales channels.

This is a hands-on role with full ownership of day-to-day supply chain operations, suited to someone who enjoys working closely with the detail while supporting broader business growth.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the supply chain, covering demand planning, purchasing, inbound logistics, and inventory management.

You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure product availability, manage costs, and maintain efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supply & Demand Planning

* Own and maintain demand forecasts across multiple channels

* Build supply plans aligned with production and logistics constraints

* Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvements

* Highlight risks and opportunities to the wider business

Purchasing & Order Management

* Manage the full purchase order lifecycle

* Translate forecasts into purchasing plans

* Handle changes and mitigate supply risks proactively

Supplier Management

* Act as the main point of contact for suppliers

* Manage timelines, capacity, and performance

* Support ongoing supplier development and improvements

Logistics & Freight

* Coordinate inbound logistics across various transport modes

* Manage logistics partners and track shipments

* Ensure compliance with import and documentation requirements

3PL & Inventory

* Work closely with third-party warehousing partners

* Maintain stock accuracy and availability

* Manage risks around stock levels, including shortages and excess

Cost & Performance

* Track costs and identify efficiencies

* Support supplier and logistics cost reviews

* Maintain accurate records across purchasing and logistics

Reporting & Improvement

* Provide regular reporting across supply chain performance

* Identify and implement process improvements

About You

* 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations

* Strong experience in demand planning and forecasting

* Experience working with suppliers and logistics processes

* Comfortable working with data (Excel or similar tools)

* Highly organised and detail-oriented

* Proactive and solution-focused
