This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused Marketing Lead to take ownership of brand and marketing strategy across both own brand and distribution, playing a key role in shaping the next phase of growth.

The Marketing Lead will define and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy across own brand and distribution, balancing long term brand building with commercial performance.

This is a broad and high impact role, where the Marketing Lead will lead a cross-functional team, oversee budgets, and ensure all campaigns are aligned to commercial objectives, driving both engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy across own brand and distribution channelsOwn brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints and campaignsLead product marketing and launch strategy, aligning with key trading periods and customer demandOversee social media and content strategy across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedInDrive digital marketing performance across ecommerce, email and marketplace channelsManage budgets across brand and digital marketing activity, ensuring strong return on investmentAnalyse performance across campaigns, channels and products, using insight to inform future strategyWork closely with internal teams including sales, design and product to deliver integrated campaignsLead the development and execution of trade marketing activity, including events and industry showcasesOversee digital development projects, including customer-facing platforms and toolsEnsure all marketing activity supports customer acquisition, retention and commercial growth

About You

Proven background in a senior marketing role within consumer, retail, health, beauty or FMCG environmentsStrong commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand building and performanceExperience leading multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, social and offline channelsConfident managing and developing teams, driving performance and accountabilityData-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting capabilityExperience working across ecommerce, CRM and customer acquisition strategiesStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionallyHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentCreative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
