OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE – • Experience in a 4* or 5* Food and Beverage environment• Basic food and wine knowledge• A genuine interest in the industry• Flexibility to work long hours due to the needs of the business• Excellent personal grooming standards• 5 x GCSEs including English and Maths
