We would love you to have:
Proven track record of 2+ years in the hotel or hospitality industry, with prior experience in housekeeping.
Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to self-organize.
Proficiency in team management, guiding and inspiring your colleagues.
What you can do for us:
Assist our Housekeeping team in implementing and upholding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department, ensuring strict adherence
Assist with maintaining the property’s presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting the company’s high-quality benchmarks, inspecting all rooms, and assisting with all general housekeeping duties as and when required
Lead, Train, and Motivate: Build a cohesive, high-performing team.
