We’re now hiring a Night Reception Team Member to help shape the Staycity guest journey.

We would love you to have:
Previous experience working in a similar property is helpful but not a “must have” as full training will be provided
Prior experience using Opera is helpful but not a “must have” as full training will be provided
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
What the role includes:
Guest service delivery
Covering late check in’s & late check outs
Confidently handling guest queries or complaints
Processing payments
Manage reservations through Opera and other platforms
Overnight linen management
CCTV monitoring and control building access to maintain property security alongside security and safety checks across the building
Complete night audit procedures and prepare daily reports for management
