Night Cleaner Supervisor – Dartford
POSITION: Night Cleaning Supervisor
RESPONSIBLE TO: Health & Fitness Manager
MAIN DUTIES:
The Night Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all cleaning operations during the night shift to ensure facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. This role supervises cleaning staff, inspects work quality, ensures compliance with health and safety standards, and coordinates daily cleaning activities efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coach cleaning staff, fostering a positive and productive team.
- Establish and enforce cleaning standards and procedures.
- Monitor and control cleaning supplies and equipment usage.
- Schedule duties, ensuring all shifts and tasks are covered.
- Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting replacements as needed.
- Maintain compliance with COSHH, Health & Safety, and company policies.
- Close the facility safely during night shifts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous cleaning supervision or facilities management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning standards, COSHH, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and manage a team independently.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
