What we’re looking for:3+ years in a 4/5-star hotel or reputable restaurant Experience leading a team of 8+ kitchen staffStrong HACCP knowledge and food hygiene level 2Confident with menu planning and costingLevel 2 culinary qualification (or equivalent)
