Job Description:
Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 General Builder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Plan and coordinate M&E work to ensure timely completion
- Attending the technical meeting with client, Architect, M&E Consultant
- Submission and monitoring of Shop Drawing and Material approval
- Preparation of Authority Submission
- Raising RFI for technical issue
- Supervising the progress of M&E work on site and report to M&E Manager
- Leading to coordination site walk with subcontractors
- Preparing the work schedule based on Master schedule
- Help QS to claim for additional work
- Supervising the progress of M&E work on site
- Prepare CSD Drawing and leading BIM Coordination meeting with all subcon BIM modeler and settle all the clashes using Navis work software
- Preparation of MSRA
- Arrange work for inspection with RTO/RE
- Conduct weekly meeting with sub-contractors for site progress and discussed about 4 week ahead schedule
REQUIREMENT
- Preferably to have M&E experience dealing with mixed-development project/ residential project (not HDB)
- Preferably someone who has full cycle of project experience (from inception to completion phase)
- Strong in M&E paperwork/ documentations
- Good knowledge with M&E coordination background
