Overview
Arla Foods are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join our UK Logistics Finance team. How you will make an impact Reporting to the Senior Business Partner for Logistics UK, you’ll play an active role within the Outbound & Warehouse team, contributing to the delivery of financial and non-financial targets. You will also be involved in a number of global projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Finance Business Partner for UK Logistics, with responsibility for month-end close, quarterly forecasting, and supporting & driving the delivery of cost and sustainability targets.
- Be an active member of the UK Outbound & Warehouse team and the wider Logistics Finance team to drive performance.
- Coordinate and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve logistics performance targets.
- Support the rollout of Logistics Future Finance Performance Management to enhance processes, insights, and cost optimisation.
- Collaborate with operations and global colleagues to develop leading KPIs, share best practice, standardise processes across markets, and provide ad hoc support on global logistics projects.
Qualifications
You will be a qualified accountant with experience working in a finance role within a logistics or supply chain environment. With strong communication and organisation skills, you’ll build effective relationships across sites and functions. You will be analytical, proactive, and motivated to improve ways of working within logistics. Strong Microsoft Office skills- particularly advanced Excel- are essential, and experience with SAP would be advantageous.
