The Opportunity

A highly regarded UK law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (4–7 PQE) to join its Southampton team. The firm delivers city-quality work within a supportive, collaborative culture.

The Role

Advising on a broad mix of corporate matters, including:

• M&A and private equity transactions
• MBOs/MBIs
• Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
• Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
• Financing and refinancing matters

You’ll work with a diverse client base ranging from start-ups to international businesses, with exposure to high-value and complex deals.

About You

• 3 –7 years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical and client-facing skills
• Ambitious and keen to progress quickly
