The Role:
As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of global brand and distribution partnerships, with a particular focus on our expanding Football proposition. You’ll drive high‑impact co‑marketing initiatives across new markets, new partner launches, and emerging brand‑partnership verticals. Your work will shape how partners engage with our brand, how we enter new markets, and how our football experiences come to life around the world.
From defining go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies to delivering standout in‑tournament activations, you’ll be responsible for marketing that enhances brand equity, deepens engagement, and delivers measurable commercial value. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Brand, Creative, Strategy, PR, Strategic Partnerships, and Digital to ensure flawless alignment and execution.
This is a high‑visibility, fast‑paced role suited to a strategic thinker who thrives on owning complex partnership activations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the global partner marketing strategy for brand and distribution partners across DAZN’s growing Football proposition, and new partnership verticals.
- Build and manage multi‑market marketing plans that drive awareness and acquisition.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
- Partner closely with internal teams—Brand, Creative, Digital, PR, Strategy, Product—to ensure best‑in‑class execution.
- Brief and manage creative development, ensuring consistency with brand voice, identity, and global partner marketing guidelines.
- Work closely with key DAZN distribution partners to deliver on all business goals and campaigns.
What You’ll Bring:
- A seasoned marketer with experience managing global partner, brand or sports marketing programs.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident presenting to senior leaders and navigating complex partnership dynamics.
- Understanding of rights activation and the sports marketing landscape
- A natural enthusiasm for sport, particularly football, and a curiosity that keeps you plugged into trends, fan culture, and big moments
