Zest4Talent are proud to be partnering with a leading building consultancy in London, who are looking to appoint a Senior Building Performance Consultant to strengthen their sustainability and building performance capability.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant with strong expertise in dynamic simulation modelling to join a forward‑thinking organisation delivering high‑quality, technically robust solutions across the built environment.
The Opportunity
You will be joining a collaborative and technically driven team where innovation, performance and sustainability are central to project delivery.
- Deliver dynamic thermal modelling using IES‑VE
- Lead overheating assessments in line with TM59 and TM54
- Provide clear, technically robust advice to clients and design teams
- Support the delivery of energy and sustainability strategies across a range of projects
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including architects and engineers
- Contribute to reports, modelling outputs and client presentations
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Experience across residential and mixed‑use developments is essential.
- This role requires four days per week in the office, reflecting the collaborative nature of the team and project delivery approach.
