Duties
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to maximise vehicle sales
- Drive sales growth and profitability across new and used vehicle departments in your capacity as General Sales Manager
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as the key figure in this position
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle customer queries and escalations professionally and efficiently
- Ensure all administrative processes and reporting are completed accurately and within deadlines
- Maintain full compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a General Sales Manager or in a senior sales management position within the motor trade
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Driven, positive attitude with a hands-on management style
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a dealership setting
