The business is scaling commercially across Europe and is looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth within pharma, biotech and CRO environments.

This is a key commercial hire, focused on expanding adoption of advanced digital pathology solutions within drug discovery, translational research and pre-clinical workflows.

The Role

• Driving new business across pharma, biotech and CRO accounts
• Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
• Building and developing strategic relationships with scientific and commercial stakeholders
• Positioning complex digital pathology and imaging solutions into pre-clinical workflows
• Collaborating with product, applications and technical teams on high-value opportunities
• Expanding presence across key European markets

What They’re Looking For

• Proven track record in business development / commercial roles within digital pathology, imaging, or life science tools
• Strong experience selling into pre-clinical, translational research or drug discovery environments
• Ability to navigate complex, consultative sales processes
• Track record of winning and growing strategic accounts
• Comfortable operating in a scaling, high-growth environment
