Service Delivery Engineer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced SC Cleared Service Delivery Engineer to join a fast paced managed services environment on an initial 3 month Outside IR35 contract, with strong potential for extension. This role is primarily remote, with an initial onboarding period onsite in Cambridgeshire for the first 2 weeks with minimal travel thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of customer platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement across modern cloud and endpoint environments.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance (required)
• Strong experience working within a Managed Services (MSP) environment
• Proven background in Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID / Azure AD
• Experience supporting enterprise environments at 3rd Line / Senior Engineer level
• Strong stakeholder and customer communication skills

Engagement details

• Contract: initial 3 months Outside IR35, with strong potential for extension
• Location: Remote with initial 2 weeks onsite in Cambridgeshire
• Rate: £505 per day
