About the Role

We are currently seeking a qualified Gas Engineer to cover Bristol and surrounding areas, carrying out domestic gas servicing and breakdown repairs only — no installations.

This is a field-based role ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys fault-finding, diagnostics, and delivering high-quality service to customers in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out annual gas safety checks and boiler servicing
• Diagnose and repair faults on domestic gas appliances
• Complete landlord gas safety certificates (CP12)
• Ensure all work complies with current Gas Safe regulations
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Accurately complete job reports and required documentation

Requirements

• Valid CCN1 (Core Domestic Gas Safety) – Essential
• Relevant domestic gas qualifications (CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT preferred)
• Gas Safe Registered (or eligible)
• Proven experience in servicing and breakdown repairs
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
