The Role
- Provide remote and internal support to field engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Monitor systems and identify recurring faults
- Manage support tickets and meet SLAs
- Support new products through early-life phases
What we’re looking for
Must have:
- Electrical or mechanical experience
- Strong IT literacy
- Flexible with shifts when needed
Nice to have:
- Networking, IoT, Python or Linux knowledge
- ServiceNow experience
Working Pattern
- Core: 11am – 7pm (evening role)
- Occasional 7am – 3pm cover
- On call: 1 in 9 weeks (minimal)
- ~5–6 Sundays/year (early hours support)
Training
Full training provided + certifications on specialist equipment.
