The Role

  • Provide remote and internal support to field engineers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Monitor systems and identify recurring faults
  • Manage support tickets and meet SLAs
  • Support new products through early-life phases

What we’re looking for

Must have:

  • Electrical or mechanical experience
  • Strong IT literacy
  • Flexible with shifts when needed

Nice to have:

  • Networking, IoT, Python or Linux knowledge
  • ServiceNow experience

Working Pattern

  • Core: 11am – 7pm (evening role)
  • Occasional 7am – 3pm cover
  • On call: 1 in 9 weeks (minimal)
  • ~5–6 Sundays/year (early hours support)

Training

Full training provided + certifications on specialist equipment.
