We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager/Business Support Manager to join Suir Engineering Ltd. This is a full‑time permanent position and will be based in our office in London. Suir Engineering UK Ltd is a leading Global Infrastructure provider, delivering Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Solutions. Our core sectors are Energy, Power and Renewables, Pharma, Food & Beverage, and Data Centres. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well‑organised and productive work environment
  • Handle office budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies and equipment
  • Act as the main point of contact for office vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Maintain office systems, records, and filing (both digital and physical)
  • Support HR function including onboarding and internal communications
  • Organise meetings, schedules, and company events
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
  • Assist senior management with reports, presentations, and general administrative tasks
  • Manage reception duties where required, including handling calls and visitors
  • Managing daily office operations (phones, emails, supplies, scheduling)
  • Organising and maintaining files, contracts, and documents

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn industry‑specific software quickly
