Are you an entrepreneurial Store Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and fostering a supportive environment for your team? This full‑time, permanent role will put you at the head of a standalone store, building a unique NEOM Wellbeing community, delivering memorable events, and driving store performance while nurturing your team’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of store operations including sales performance, KPIs, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, reporting, and stock ordering.
  • Champion the NEOM brand by organising and supporting in‑store and field events, collaborating with local businesses and partners.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor your team with a strong focus on education, development, and wellbeing.
  • Deliver an unforgettable NEOM Wellbeing experience for every customer, inspiring positive lifestyle choices.
  • Develop and execute an annual events plan to support monthly activations and brand partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to support our people and planet, including fundraising for our partnered charity through events and collaborations.
  • Lead community initiatives that promote inclusivity, volunteering, and local engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team, ideally in a standalone retail environment.
  • Proven background in the health and beauty industry.
  • Passion for wellbeing and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
  • Commercially driven with a focus on increasing store footfall and brand presence.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high operational standards.
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • IT‑literate, comfortable using MS Office, Excel and Google Drive.
  • Self‑motivated, able to multitask and work independently.
  • Aligned with NEOM’s values and committed to community and wellbeing initiatives.

What We Would Love

  • Experience in retail management within a health and beauty context.
  • Knowledge of local community engagement strategies.
  • Experience organising events and partnerships.
  • Fluency in digital tools for tracking performance.
