This full‑time, permanent role will put you at the head of a standalone store, building a unique NEOM Wellbeing community, delivering memorable events, and driving store performance while nurturing your team’s growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations including sales performance, KPIs, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, reporting, and stock ordering.
- Champion the NEOM brand by organising and supporting in‑store and field events, collaborating with local businesses and partners.
- Recruit, train, and mentor your team with a strong focus on education, development, and wellbeing.
- Deliver an unforgettable NEOM Wellbeing experience for every customer, inspiring positive lifestyle choices.
- Develop and execute an annual events plan to support monthly activations and brand partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to support our people and planet, including fundraising for our partnered charity through events and collaborations.
- Lead community initiatives that promote inclusivity, volunteering, and local engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team, ideally in a standalone retail environment.
- Proven background in the health and beauty industry.
- Passion for wellbeing and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
- Commercially driven with a focus on increasing store footfall and brand presence.
- Excellent attention to detail and high operational standards.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- IT‑literate, comfortable using MS Office, Excel and Google Drive.
- Self‑motivated, able to multitask and work independently.
- Aligned with NEOM’s values and committed to community and wellbeing initiatives.
