Customer Service Manager

Are you an Operations Manager interested in working for a well-established international player in the energy industry? We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our client as a Customer Service Manager, with responsibility for a number of front and back office areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join at the forefront of change within the energy sector and your work will be instrumental in supporting the business’s ambitions.

What you’ll be doing:

Motivate and manage various operations teams (incl. billing) and ensure effective customer support
Oversee relevant reporting and compliance
Line management
Continuous improvement of processes

What we’re looking for:

Operational team management experience
Utilities experience would be highly advantageous
Ability to manage and motivate
