Are you an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager looking for progression for a rapidly growing brand? My client is a well known 3PL brand going through a significant level of growth due to new contract wins.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Supervisor and Warehouse Operatives.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company standards.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
• Build strong working relationships with the customers.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety, quality, and company policies.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Manage shift handovers effectively and communicate with other managers

Experience

• Previous experience working as a Warehouse Shift Manager/Operations Manager
• WMS experience
• Have worked within a 3PL, FMCG or Retail environment
