Operations Manager – Salary up to £70,000 + Bonuses – Multi‑Site Restaurant Group – Northwest
We’re looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven Operations Manager to take the lead across a growing multi‑site restaurant group operating in Leeds, Liverpool, and Manchester. If you’re a strategic operator with a passion for people, performance and delivering consistent, outstanding guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager within a multi‑site hospitality or
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence analysing KPIs, labour, GP, EBITDA
- Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills with the ability to develop high‑performing teams
- Sound understanding of UK hospitality legislation, including Health & Safety, Food Safety, Licensing and Employment Law
- Experience managing HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and succession planning
- Highly organised with strong problem‑solving ability and a hands‑on, solutions‑
- Someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and
- Maintaining brand standards
