Job Description:
I am currently seeking, on behalf of an organisation, an experienced Operations Manager to lead local service delivery teams responsible for property maintenance and contract management.
This role is an intial 3 month contract with a high likelihood to be extended to 9 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of responsive and void maintenance services
- Lead and manage schedulers, area managers, operatives, and surveyors
- Ensure delivery against KPIs and contractual requirements
- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Provide accurate and timely performance reporting
- Support contract demobilisation, including TUPE and exit management
- Ensure SHEQ and compliance standards are maintained
It is essential that you have experience in demobilization of contracts and experience in leadership positions.
This role is Hybrid and will require the successful candidate to be on site 2 days per week.
