What You’ll Do

  • Research and track new business opportunities in key sectors.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and update client lists and project data sheets.
  • Manage and organise key information for bidding and content libraries.
  • Collaborate with designers to create engaging, high-quality materials.
  • Assist with market research and sector strategy initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe InDesign.
  • Previous experience in bid management or a similar role is desirable.
  • Interest in design, architecture or the built environment is a plus.

The role attracts a salary of £34,000 – £38,000 as well as a competitive benefits package.
