How We Make People Successful:

What You Will Be Doing:

This is a commercially focused role responsible for generating new client opportunities and developing early-stage relationships with prospective clients.

  • Outbound new business development: Execute targeted outreach across LinkedIn, email and phone to engage senior leaders and introduce Vector’s services.
  • Target account mapping: Research and map pharmaceutical outsourcing organisations, identifying key decision-makers, business priorities and potential hiring needs.
  • Industry-led Insights: Use industry insight and research to personalise outreach and open conversations around growth plans, talent strategy and leadership hiring
  • Discovery Conversations: Lead initial discussions with prospective clients to understand their hiring strategy and identify opportunities where Vector can support.
  • Pipeline & Opportunity Development: Convert outreach into qualified conversations and maintain a structured pipeline of early-stage opportunities within the CRM.

Success in this role will be measured by outreach activity, qualified conversations created and contribution to commercial pipeline.

About You: Humble, Hungry, Disciplined

We are looking for someone with 2–4 years of sales or business development experience within a professional services environment such as recruitment, insurance, financial services, legal services or B2B consultancy.
