Are you an experienced Technical Project Manager? My client, a growing engineering and manufacturing company, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team and elevate project delivery.

Job Description

• Deliver projects in line with company processes and best practice, consistently meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Manage project risks using a commercial, risk-based approach, including mitigation planning and cost/risk reserve alignment.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and change control, providing clear status reporting and updates.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, acting as the main project interface.
• Lead problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and process optimisation.

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

• Proven project management experience with knowledge of PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Ability to identify and manage risks across the project lifecycle, balancing commercial, financial, and delivery considerations.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, data analysis, and reporting, with a track record of working within defined budgets.
• Effective stakeholder and contract management skills, including change management, conflict resolution, and use of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Office).
