Lifecycle Project Manager – M&E Hard Services
Reading, RG30 | Salary – up to £75,000 PA | Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
We are recruiting for one of the most recognizable and largest FM companies across the UK to work in a brand new team across a healthcare facility in Reading as a Lifecycle Project Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for managing on-site Project Managers in delivery of a variety of small and large scale projects such as lift replacements, window replacements, AHU upgrades and ward refurbishments.
We are looking for someone from a Hard Services technical background and ideally someone with HTM compliance experience although this is not essential.
This role is a 12 month FIXED TERM CONTRACT with a high possibility of going permanent. You will also be required to pass an Enhanced DBS to join the team.

Requirements for a Lifecycle Project Manager:
- C&G/NVQ in a recognized M&E trade (Electrical, Mechanical, Gas, Air Conditioning)
- Previous FM experience/HTM compliance experience (Ideal, not essential)
