The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to coordinate and prioritise a high volume of appointments with confidence and accuracy, ensuring trades teams and contractors are deployed effectively and customer commitments are met.
They will bring strong administrative discipline, maintain precise records across digital and manual systems, and communicate clearly with tenants, colleagues and stakeholders. They will be comfortable working to demanding deadlines and performance targets, using their initiative to resolve scheduling challenges while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
