Responsibilities
- Lead the Service Transformation Program, steering GIS toward a service‑oriented model by anchoring the services framework and planning processes across GIS.
- Oversee the migration of the new IT Services Catalog from SharePoint to ServiceNow, ensuring transparency and visibility of the service model.
- Develop and execute a marketing and training plan for consumers of the IT Services Catalog and its supporting tools and processes.
- Embed and enhance the Service Model consistently across GIS, including role anchoring and maturation.
- Create a SME support model for key services documented within the IT Services Catalog.
- Define a future service‑based cost model.
