Service Delivery Co‑Ordinator
Location: Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 7PB
Salary: £28,500 plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Hybrid 3 days on site, Full Time, Permanent – 37.5 hours per week Monday–Friday (shift patterns: week 1 8am‑4pm, week 2 8.30am‑4.30pm, week 3 9am‑5pm)

As a Service Delivery Co‑Ordinator in our AASC (Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract) team, you’ll help make sure people are supported with safe, suitable accommodation and transport at the moments they need it most. Your work will help create stability for service users and support positive outcomes within communities.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our service running smoothly – from allocating accommodation to coordinating transport – ensuring everything we deliver meets the high standards and timeframes agreed with UK Visas and Immigration. It’s purposeful, people‑centred work where your decisions directly help shape a better future for those relying on our support.
What you’ll do as a Service Delivery Co‑Ordinator
You’ll Be Entrusted To
- Liaise with the customer to identify and allocate appropriate accommodation, including for vulnerable individuals and those with special needs or risk considerations.
- Ensure all allocation and dispersal requests are processed within KPI 1 and KPI 2 timescales.
- Support the Service Delivery Manager with preparing mitigation for KPI 1 and KPI 2 performance.
- Monitor property and room availability to ensure suitable density levels are maintained.
- Manage team and personal inboxes, alongside effective use of customer portals and Serco systems to keep data accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with suppliers and sub‑contractors to support compliant transport arrangements and schedule workflows for service user movements.
- Upload and monitor travel requests to meet KPI 4 timescales.

Vetting And Checks
A Standard DBS check will be carried out for this position. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands, and warnings as permitted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be completed so we can ensure you have the necessary support to perform your duties.
In addition, you will need to obtain formal Security Clearance (such as CTC or SC), which includes more detailed background checks on employment, criminal record, and financial history to ensure suitability for working in secure environments. Please note that UK residency requirements may apply for certain levels of clearance.
