Founding Customer Success Engineer required for a high-growth cybersecurity start-up with an established and expanding enterprise customer base.

The next phase requires a technically strong post-sales leader to formalise and scale customer success, ensuring onboarding excellence, deep technical adoption, and long-term expansion across cloud security environments.

This is a foundational hire at an inflection point: established product-market fit, real customers, and meaningful upside.

  • Deeply technical Customer Success Engineer who enjoys complex environments and learning new technologies
  • Experienced within cybersecurity or cloud-enabled developer tooling
  • Background in software or systems engineering, now excelling in customer-facing technical work
  • Experienced building structure from scratch
  • Strong in post-sales execution
  • Deep cloud security expertise
