Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – D365 CRM/CE & Power Platform

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant with strong experience in Microsoft Partner environments to lead the delivery of high-impact Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery—working closely with clients to shape requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive successful implementations across the full project lifecycle.
This is a client-facing, delivery-focused position where your expertise will directly influence business outcomes and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and delivery of D365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
- Run client workshops, gather requirements, and produce clear, high-quality documentation
- Configure and customise D365 CE and Power Platform solutions in line with best practices
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned to architecture
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through design decisions and solution adoption
- Mentor and support junior consultants within the team
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including demos and solution design input
- Stay aligned with the Microsoft roadmap and promote continuous improvement
About You
- 5+ years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions within a Microsoft Partner environment
- Strong functional knowledge of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
- Solid understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, high-value solutions
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-210, MB-230, PL-200) are highly desirable
